Looking for someone who is able to do a simple twitter GIF. Respond with previous work.

This is impossible, Twitter doesn't allow anyone to upload gif profile pics anymore. The reason you see people selling them is because those accounts kept their gifs since they were allowed and NEVER changed them. If they change it, they lose that gif ability.

It's not for a profile picture. I'm looking for a tweet, like so:
