So I’m not the best with social media however we need to start getting more involved.

I created a company Twitter account for CubikNode and got a few followers but wondered weather people had any good suggestions of how to get more followers/making the account look better.

Link is: https://twitter.com/CubikNode

Thanks!

Hey there iCubik , here are some small tips and advice that I thought I might pass on.
( Disclaimer: I am no expert in anyway just want to share things that I have gathered from experience )

  • Engage Your Audience
    • Although this might seem straight forward most companies generally fail to successfully engage their customer thus loosing their interest (duh!). Provide them with helpful information such as tutorials, guides and tips to improve their server, this not only engages them put also provides them with tools to have a successful server.
  • Post Daily
    • Post daily to keep your customers up to date on what's happening within your company, for example this could range from posting small updates on what your implementing or a link to your company "blog" to provide them with insider information on what's going on with your company.

  • Giveaways
    • Another way is to have monthly / weekly giveaways, this not only benefits your twitter followers but also promotes them to either re-tweet or like your post thus reaching to a much broader audience. If your twitter follower wins the giveaway, after the remaining time of the (free) service to them is gone, they are encouraged to renew their service and thus bringing you in a sale. Giveaways are not limited to your hosting services but are usually highly encouraged to provide your twitter follower a good experience / service with your company drawing them back to you.

Thanks for reading, I hope I was a help and if you have any further questions don't hesitate to pm me.

- Kind Regards, Mountain
