Two separate managers for my services [Paid}

I am looking for two experienced and skilled managers to oversee Artis Builds and Stellar.

Artis Builds is my build team, you will be expected to be able to manage all of the current daily tasks.

Requirments

• Active on discord, 3+ hours a day.
• Ability to talk with potential clients, acquire their needs, and give them a rough estimate for the price of the build based on our pricing and current sales.
• Knowledge about the building scene and community.
• Create detailed documents for new marketplace builds.
• Ability to find, contact, and negotiate potential partnerships with large server owners/businesses.
• Must be able to stay on top of our builders and make sure they are working daily. If they don't have a client build, make sure they are working on builds for our premade store or making a marketplace build.
• Must get updates for clients daily on their orders. You must communicate with the builder to make sure you know the warp for the build.
• Have the ability to get the schematic if the builder is not around to do it and has confirmed the build is finished.

Stellar is my development and configuration team, you will be expected to communicate with potential clients and access their needs and get those details to the developers/configurators.

Requirments

• Active on discord, 3+ hours a day.
• Ability to talk with potential clients, acquire their needs, reiterate those needs to the correct service provider and get the provider to quote it.
• Knowledgeable about development and configuration to be able to confidently talk about potential jobs and understand what the client is asking for.
• Ability to find, contact, and negotiate potential partnerships with large server owners.
• Must be able to stay on top of service providers and make sure they are working daily and updating clients on progress.
• Must track each commission in a spreadsheet.
• Be able to create documents for new premade plugins for us to make based on the market.
