Two very lightweight/simple plugins

Hi! I am looking for someone to make two very simple plugins. They are:

1) A plugin with two commands, /chunkload [x coord] [y coord] [z coord], /chunkunload [x coord] [y coord] [z coord]. It just needs to load the chunk that coordinate is at.

2) A plugin with one command /taborder [player] [tab group]. And in the tab list, it'll order players together based on the tab group

Neither of those are considered simple from a developer standpoint. So good luck

Yeah, one requires packet usage which most smaller cheaper devs don't know how to use well, loading a chunk wouldn't be too hard from my knowledge

Well, for chunk load I don't really need anything too crazy. It's just so my /summon and /setblock commands will actually work for further chunks haha. I would just load em, /setblock, and unload them after. Would that be really hard to do?
