It would be very helpful towards anyone who views this thread, if you described what exactly you are hiring for. Anyone who comes here simply sees a list of staff members and the words 'APPLY NOW'.

People should be able to know what they are applying for, how to apply for it, what the benefits are, etcetera; within the first few minutes/seconds of reading the thread. Anyone who sees this right now could easily think it's either a server, a youtube network, a build team, a config team, etcetera. No specifics are given.
