Welcome,

To start off, I would like to introduce myself as GTAX, otherwise known as Seth! I am very experienced with Minecraft Server Management and Administration, so you've come to the right place! I have a wide range of experience going from Customer Support Agent, Moderation, Management, and Administration. I am optimistic over paid and un-paid positions.

Mineplex Network - Moderator, 3k+ Playerbase
On Mineplex, I was Moderator, now there are many different tasks I completed while being on the moderation team. While being on the team, I joined a variety of teams including: Applications Assistance, Reports Patrol, Events Assistance, and more, while also maintaining a sufficient amount of time for moderation.

UniverseMC - Manager, 50+ Playerbase
I dealt with staff applications, conducted staff interviews, handled reports, appeals, and donation issues. I created staff documents like the punishment guidelines and the Staff Code of Conduct.

Void Realms - Management, 70+ Playerbase
I conducted basic moderation, managed the staff, mentored promoted Helpers, created staff documents such as, Punishment Guidelines, Staff Handbook, etc. I also organized their team into the current structure with team implementations.

CagedUP - Head Mod/Management, 30+ Playerbase
I assisted the Head Administrator, SuperAngie, in conducting interviews, I mentored the newly promoted Helpers in guiding them throughout their trial. I also maintained activity with community interaction, and constantly helped plan events.

Prison Escape - Manager, 15+ Playerbase
I am currently employed at Prison Escape as the Community Relations Manager, and I assist one of the two owners with advertising techniques, event planning, and more. Currently, I am drifting to more of the staff management side of PE as it is within my conflict of interest.

Oxide Hosting
On Oxide, I was a Customer Support Operator in which I assisted customers in navigating around the website and also helping them if they had any questions/concerns on development, etc.
