Hello wonderful people of the Internet, my name is MikeTheAngel! Today, I will be asking for a hand on my new project. The Typhoon Network. Right now, I am working on Factions but I will need a helping hand. MC-Market is cancerous, yes, but I require people that will work and will dedicate their time into the server. I am looking for:

-x1 Developer (Talking about coding here, not configuration plugins only.)
-x1 Head-Builder (So far, the Head-Builder will need to be in charge of every build)
-x4 Builders (These builders will listen to the Head-Builder)
-x6 Support (Basically, Helper)

Do you accept that if you build on the Typhoon Network you will be credited but the owner of the build will be the Owners: (Basically, your saying you built this with credit but will give the build to the server. This is just a yes or no question)

How much time will you contribute to the server:

Scenario #2 Someone is hacking, the other one is spamming in chat, and the rest of the lobby is just bugging you, what do you do:

Is there payment? I don't know if developers would want to help code stuff unless there's a playerbase and they get a permanent "Developer" rank or something, not sure if that might just be me.

Sadly, there is no payment since I've started this project yesterday. It is in REALLY EARLY ALPHA. Everything is still in progress such as the groups, the kits, ETC.

It all depends on the playerbase though since the playerbase can give the server donations. If the server can receive donations, I think it may be possible for me to pay my developers. It just depends on the playerbase.
