I didn't know where to put this, but I was scrolling through some of the "Upgraded" sections as I just bought a rank and i came across this. Although it's small, I was just really annoyed lol.

It should be "and".

Actually, it is correct as it is. Though it might be difficult for you to read on your mobile, read the context again.
"it must not exceed $30 or it is considered an investment".

However, the "as" later in that sentence could be changed to "and". That would be more clear.

I've changed that 'as' to 'and' now in that thread.
