Job Description
Unique Development Team (UD Team) is a new and upcoming service team dedicated to dealing with Minecraft commissions (including plugins, building, web design, artwork, and more). We are looking for a new manager to help get the team get started on its feet!
- Advertise the company and the company’s mission to freelancers (via MC-Market) in order to expand our freelancing team.
- Advertise our services via MC-Market and other platforms to potential customers.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the freelancing team and day-to-day customer queries and concerns, including day-to-day tickets.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across the teams, including staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the CEO to expand the company and its team, including answering application tickets.
- Measure company satisfaction levels from staff and customers in order to identify causes of concerns and rectify them.
Payment Information
The payment is subject to change upon company growth.
- $20 per month
- 2.5% per successful commission
- Opportunity to earn an additional 2.5% as a commission manager for a ticket
