Ayee I've seen this same situation and even been in it once or twice recently.
Just gotta roll with it and see how things go. From my (little) experience they're not even playing hard to get but are actually pretty different from the average girl you'd imagine if told to and like to have power etc, which is pretty similar to playing hard to get but definitely not the same thing.
