Hey, I am Zak an Owner of the mezzapvp network. Today I am looking for some hosts for our UHC game-mode. Hosting a UHC is a huge responsibility and takes about 2 hours per game (Prepare for 2 and a half). It requires knowledge of dealing with players and answering any questions that need answered.
Why do we need hosts?
Well its quite simple we need someone to manage the game and players. To begin with you need answer questions that players might have. Secondly having a host deters hackers as they know someone could be watching them. Also if we have an problems with the game there is a member of our staff team there to help sort out this problem (To the best of their ablillity). A host is also there to manage the game e.g enable and disable scenarios or anything that might be necessary throughout the game.
What do you gain from this?
Well first of all you get experience so if later down the line you decide to move on to something else you will have the experience along with a letter from us as proof of you time in the mezzo staff team. You get to meet some amazing people and work alongside them. Finally you get a sense of responsibility and power so to speak where people look up to you and look to you for help.
