UHC Meetup Plugin

I've looked through countless UHC Meetup Plugins and am looking for one that has the following:

- Numerous Scenarios
- 1.8 Based
- Would be ideal to have MySQL Database.

Preferably a premade custom plugin as I'm looking for one as soon as possible. I don't have a crazy budget but I am willing to pay if its a reasonable price. (Might request to test it before purchase)
