Looks good although:
- the text on some buttons aren't centred exactly
- I feel green text on "success" would work better
- Very grey color scheme, feels a bit dark in my opinion
Are all of those buttons necessary? Part of UI/UX design is establishing a better information architecture (IA) for a site. Some sites have a more complex IA than others. For example, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has an extremely densely packed website, so the IA is complex and that's why it is a difficult task to re-design.
