UI.X and Xenforo Help

Hey there! I need some help with UI.X and XenForo
If you would like to take a couple seconds to help me, that would be great. Here are my questions.

1. What do I need to do to my .htaccess file to get rid of index.php?

2. How can I turn on vertical nodes rather than side-by-side nodes?

3. How can I get rid of the rocket and page title and instead get my drawn logo in the center of the page like this

Define "Get Rid of" - I'm assuming you most likely mean enabling URL Rewriting, and the answer is in xenforo itself. https://xenforo.com/help/friendly-urls/

Most likely this would depend upon your theme, link me to your site and I'll see if I can answer any more clearly.
