Hi, I'm a 26 year old from UK that currently works in the gaming industry as a Marketing/Publishing Manager.
My background:
In 2011 I set up one of the first large scale Towny servers that grew into a huge community and later, in 2012 I opened a second server an RPG. Both servers had been connected by over 1 million unique IPs and had revenues in excess of $40,000 a year.
My skill set includes:

I now work in the UK gaming industry working with budgets in excess of £100,000 and with Youtubers in the millions of subscribers. I would like to get back into the Minecraft server scene by supporting server owners in my free evenings and weekends.
What I'm looking for:
I'm looking to join the admin team of a server and offer the above for a revenue share model. Basically, I help you increase your revenue/user base 100/200% and then take a percentage of your profits.
I do not offer money investment.
I do require a standard marketing budget for advertising/influencers from your server revenue.
