You already have auto bump and Ultimate isn't some extremely costly plan. It's $5 and most stickies are around $3-6.
You're asking for a bit too much here.

Yeah indeed. We only allow for up to 5 threads to be stickied at a time in each forum, and given that we have over 100 Ultimate users I don't think that this makes much sense.
