Are you in any way affiliated with the former Ultra Network? How exactly are you authorized to sell this?

Could you please provide proof of Jon (itsjhalt) giving you ownership of the domain, or prove that you were an employee at FO at the time, I was staff on Ultra for the entire duration it was up and I've never heard of your name anywhere. Considering jhalt never passed on anything related to FO besides open-sourcing software, I find it highly unlikely that you have authorization to sell the domain, or even possess it.

I purchased this domain once it expired as it was not renewed. I do own this and I do not need permission from anyone to sell this.

Domains are not subject to copyright in this instance. 1.) Because the original owner let it expire. 2.) Because it's an english word and not a brand name.
No explicit rights are required to sell the domain.
