Unable To Change Available Usernames?

Hello, it's been a while since I've last hand-sniped/paid for usernames. I recently came back a few days ago. I'm aware of some new things like "blocking/holding" usernames, though it's supposed to be only 24 hrs iirc.

There's been a lot of usernames being blocked, but there are a few that's been blocked for over 7-24+ days? What's going on with this? Are people just relentlessly blocking names? Is Mojang doing this themselves? Some examples at the moment are "fud", "scums", "suicide", and "xvo".

Mojang's blocking the names, yeah. "xvo" doesn't seem like it needs to be blocked, and could just be getting reblocked by a sniper each time the block "expires", but Suicide is obviously blocked because, well, you know, suicide. Scums contains "cum" and "fud" is some sort of slang swear word last I checked but I cba looking for what it means

3/4 blocked because of inappropriateness, 1/4 blocked by 3snipe or discoball or some other sniper/turbo/blocker/i dont know or care
