Sorry if this is in the wrong section , please move it if it is. This has happened twice now. I have purchased 2 resources on mc-market through the Resources section. Both times the payments went through but when I am sent back to the resource page I am unable to download the resource, the page still request that I pay for the resource. I go to my purchased resources section and nothing shows up either. I have to wait and contact the creator of these resources and ask for a download. Is this usually what happens? If not anyway to fix this?

This happens when the author of the resource has to manually accept your payments.
You will not have access until they accept your payments.
If they do not accept your payment within a month, it'll be refunded to you by PayPal.
