unable to post in web development forum

I'm trying to post in the web development forum but I continuously receive the following message:

It's all plain text. I'd show you what I'm trying to post but it happens here too...

Each thread on this site has a certain requirement (this is unavailable to the public) like a certain # of posts, reactions, or even rep. Seeing as you have 2 posts, you definitely do not meet whatever the requirement is, I'd post stuff like introductions and all that to try to get some of that stuff up
