Unban avsterbone

Now that it has been around 3 months since avsterbone's ban I think we can revisit this topic with open minds & eyes.

avsterbone was banned for going into a convicted scammer's PayPal and sending himself $150 to cover the damages he lost in his scam report against pieguy.

For those of you who aren't aware of what happened basically avsterbone hired pieguy to do work on his server. 2 months later he finds out that pie has leaked his files and was using them for commercial use. avsterbone made a scam report on him and won.

Now we are all wondering "how did avster get pie's PP info?" Want to know how? HE GAVE IT TO HIM! avster then sent himself the amount he paid pieguy + damages.

Ajdin then banned avsterbone for hacking into a members PayPal/Severe TOS violation.

This is so incredibly stupid because what avster did had nothing to do with an MCM member because the guy was banned. Also, he was getting the money he rightfully deserved.

Now if you're thinking, "Ok fine, avster didn't deserve to get banned for that, but now he's filed mass chargebacks and that's scamming so keep him banned."

These are just aligations. avsterbone never received a fair trial from M6gaming to determine if it was a true scam. Plus most if not all members won the chargeback in the appeal phase. Either way he deserves a fair trail.

BeBosny banned avsterbones out of personal vendetta and he knows it.

With all this said I say we should unban avsterbone.

Avsterbone doesn't get to choose what the value of the damages are, and then go off on his own sending however much money he thinks he deserves from other people's paypal.
That's not fair.
You can't justify his actions one way, then turn around and say that same logic shouldn't apply when it's not in his favor.
Why would we unban a member that we know has taken justice into his own hands, just to give him another "fair trial" for him charging back on every innocent member that he's ever paid for their services/loans, whether or not he won, that's inexcusable.
We know he's a toxic dude, we're not stupid robots.

The site is so much better off/safer without him.

Yeah let's let a guy who hacked someone's PayPal back on the forums to do "good business" once again! On top of that, there were so many issues with that kid. So many times he made these forums toxic, broke rules, started arguments, everything under the sun. This website has been so much better off without that pathetic excuse of a child on it. Unbanning him also means they basically have to unban anybody who's violated a rule similar to what he was punished for. I don't get why people insist on unbanning people like him when there are so many reasons NOT TO UNBAN THEM.

You're completely retarded if you think it is justice to hack into someone's PayPal account, or otherwise use another individual's PayPal account without authorisation. That is financial fraud. It is illegal. He broke the law. Do you want me to say it again in simpler words?

This isn't even a fucking suggestion. This is you trying to bone your friend and get him back in here. Some of you are way beyond help.
