If someone robbed a bank, was caught, and was brought before a judge, would it be fair for the judge to declare him innocent because he is "nice" and hasn't committed a "bad" crime like murder? Of course not.
BetaNyan logged into many people's accounts with leaked passwords and posted crap trying to ruin their reputation. Does that seem nice to you? He knew that was wrong and mean, but did it anyway, so his ban is well deserved. Also, I have never seem BetaNyan being nice. From my experience on Skype with him, he acts very immature, spamming group chats and telling beginners to "learn java" instead of helping them.
Also, if you think BetaNyan would never scam, you might want to think a little harder about that. He purposely tried to ruin others reputations illegally. If he is willing to do that, why wouldn't he be willing to scam someone for easy money?

He got banned for a reason. If he should be unbanned, then so should all banned users, including Ew who did the same thing BetaNyan was banned for.

Funny that you say I'm 12, you may want to look at your profile picture and tell me how old you think you are, because it isn't older than 14.
