It directly relates to exactly what crits said. If you had any idea what it meant you'd know. But I guess they don't teach that in nursery do they?

He made a "threat" with no indication of whether it was a joke or not, so precautionary action was taken and he was banned to protect the vulnerable members of MCM. Now that he has claimed it was a joke afterwards, we have no information to verify it was, so the ban stays until sufficient evidence can be given. As far as I know - there is nothing that counts as sufficient other than people's words. Which means absolutely nothing, because people are known to be manipulated.

All in all, don't cry about it. He messed up, he paid the price. He was my friend, however accidents happen, and he paid for it. No point trying to save him now, his appeal was already declined - you're just being salty about it. If you don't like the idea, feel free to PM Ajdin and ask tell him you're going to exit scam everyone - see how he reacts.

Mango, Really? Dressing up as a clown for halloween isn't going to get you arrested. That's the goddamn idea. To scare people. That would be a good costume, and you would probably be praised for it. However going round threatening to kill people on halloween relates to this situation, and would get you arrested.

The issue is EXIT SCAMMING is so much different from bombing a plane. They're not RELATED AT ALL.
Also, Crits was doing a giveaway and paid back a loan a few days ago, it's OBVIOUS he was joking

I think whoever he made this joke to, if he accepted it. Then he should be unbanned. But this is mostly a community vote tbh.

21217, they're both breaking a law / a rule. They are connected. You just don't understand.

- You can't say you're gonna scam on a forum where scamming is a massive problem. Just because he's well-known doesn't mean he should bypass the rules.

- Even if it was a joke, what's his reason for joking about it? There is no point of saying you're going to scam. I don't see any good excuse being used in this instance.

- Also, didn't he take some account then give them back once he got caught?

It's fucking common knowledge, you waste of space. Go ahead and apply that mentality to real life.

Walk into the street, attempt to sell a car to a consumer then run off with his money. A police officer confronts you as you're running down the street; next thing you know you're in court. Would you still tell the Judge there wasn't a law stating you can't scam?

Of course you would 'cause you don't have half a fucking brain moron.
