From the looks of it, Haa was told to pay the other $100 to the OP. Justis said that Haa paid the other $100 while the scam report was still open so that is why Haa was unbanned.

From the looks of it with bloob;

• Bloob was banned for, "Scamming and ban evading (eth, https://www.mc-market.org/members/105084/)"
• eth was banned for, "Compromising user accounts and ban evading (Buyer.)"
• Buyer. was banned for, "Ban Evading (Foxie)"
• Foxie was banned for, "Scamming (http://www.mc-market.org/threads/258245/)"

The scam report on Foxie was not for anything pertaining to Minecraft accounts but a loan. It looks like Foxie was originally banned for not paying back a loan.

Regardless if he did pay back the people he 'scammed', if he had the intent to scam and didn't pay back the people before he was banned, there is no reason he should be able to come back.
On top of that, even if he didn't have intent to scam and paid people back before he was banned, he was still banned in 2018 for compromising accounts.

He's also exceeded the 75 points so it is not possible for him to come back regardless if he is now legit; he wasn't then and actions do have consequences.

All of this basically does not apply to Bloob because it literally is not him. The evasion ban for being eth is false and always has been, which makes it all the more fucked up why mcm won’t even look at his appeals. Ethan has been banned on here for being an alt of eth multiple times when that literally just isn’t the case.

Ethan/bloob used to have the Instagram handle eth and used it somewhat as an alias. That’s my only guess as to why they’d think it’s him.
