No, as you are charging for access to a server which is clearly stated that you could do in the EULA.

Because the Commercial usage guidelines state that you may charge for access to your server only if you make a single charge per person that is the same for everyone, you may not sell “lives” or reduced ban time for hard currency.

Hard currency refers to real money.
