"So basically, January 28 2017, i got 'scammed" by Sphex, i asked for a refund, we had a long chat until this day: Mars 22nd when i opened a scam report, he told me i would get refunded. Next thing i know, he gets banned the next day for -13 (we talked about this unfair ban). Then, with a lot of anger, and bad luck, his skype account goes offline and due to him not being able to refund me, because of him not being able to send money with his locked paypal account (because of excessive transactions with personal account), he gets banned.
Long time passes, then i finally get hold of him and we managed to work things out. He NEVER intended to scam me. So this should be a support request but i want to know what everyone else here thinks.
