You could probably get $50~ all-together depending on the end-user, wholesale looking at $20-$25.

I am not joking? As someone who has experience with domaining and domain broking, and a lot of specific experience with the minecraft domain niche, I think I have a decent understanding of these domains worth.

If they are worth $50-$75+ each, feel free to offer a brokerage service for this user and sell them to end-users at that pricing. Otherwise, I wouldn't argue with appraisals but rather just state your own.

Is there a specific reason you value each server to only come around to $50 in all?

The art doesn't add in much value imo. It's something that can be an easy and inexpensive commission nowadays. Plus, the fierce factions one doesn't look that great, again imo tho.

I valued both domains, being sold together, at $50~. This is because of sales history with similar domains. They are two word domains with general terms, medium length, and in a niche where you can still hand reg a LOT of names. It's only bumped slightly due to the artwork but I wouldn't value that artwork very high. If you are looking for liquid value, it's $20-$25. If you find an end-user that really likes a name then it's worth whatever they'll pay, most likely around $50 (give or take $10).
