Hi there! I am the Community Manager for UndeadPhoenix. The UndeadPhoenix is a fantasy style factions server, we're creating a server that provides players with an experience like no other. We are looking for motivated, engaged and experienced individuals to join our team.

Some things that we look at are, how good is the candidate's grammar, are they using proper punctuation, how long are their responses, does it seem like they're taking their time with answers or just rushing through them. Please take your time on your application, and be yourself.

After you have submitted your application, if accepted, you will be interviewed via voice chat on our Discord server. This is required, but don't worry. You will just be talking to me, I don't care if you're a squeaker, this is just so I can get to understand you better.

Tell us about yourself: Well, my name is Jason. I've been playing MC for around 4 years now and from that I have picked up a lot of experience. My hobbies are playing MC, playing PS4 and meeting up with friends. I'm a very sociable person. I get on well with people and love to meet new people and make new friends! I love playing multiplayer games and any activities that involve doing anything with others, generally, is an activity that I will enjoy!

Have you ever been a staff member before (if so, please elaborate)? Yes, I have been staff quite a few times in the past. I help out server when I can and love doing it. However, not many have lasted too long. This is because of reasons such as funding issues, lack of players and being not very well developed. I have also owned a few servers in the past. One of my more successful being a server called MoneyRealms. It was a small community but well none the less. It had a player-base of 10-20 players for about 4 months but sadly died down.

Are you currently a staff member on another server(s)? No.

What do you feel you can bring to the server? I feel that I can bring a fun, bubbly and sociable character who can help build a community and be that guy who the players will feel comfortable with. Also I am very familiar with factions so helping people around will not be a problem! I also think it's beneficial that I'm of a young age. This is because the majority of Minecraft players are quite young and so I will be able to understand and relate to most of the players. Not really what I'm looking to do, but as a side note I'm good with plugins and configs so if you need a small config or something like that done, I will be available

Why have you decided to apply for UndeadPhoenix over other servers? The server looks very well developed (from looking at the logo and website) and I've been wanting to be part of a professional server. A server which possibly will have a great legacy and will be enjoyable to play on and meet new people and become apart of a growing community.

Do you participate in any other activities that may interfere with your activity on the server (job, sports, school, etc.)? Yes, I go to school, but as of right now, I have summer holidays so I'm good for about 4 more weeks. After that I will still be active, just for a little less time.

Tell us about yourself (We want to learn about you! ): I am a young 14-year-old dancer (that is bisexual just to get it out of the way) and I absolutely love the idea of staff ranks and being in control of something (Not a power geek/hoard). I am passionate and kind, but sometimes I don't like being trolled to an extent. For example, I was being trolled by being put in a chat lobby with the 2 owners and a buy craft customer with a problem, the guy told me he hacked a lot of accounts etc.. and I was so confused. One of the owners unmuted told me and I was mad for the rest of the night

Have you ever been a staff member before (if so, please elaborate)?
I have been staff on many servers before, Some on minehut (where most of my experience comes from) and some on networks and stuff. Some included Skylands City, Galactic Factions, and I am currently being decided for a place on another server that won't release until later on in September. I was staff on at least 15 minehut mini servers and around 5 Main/network servers. My experiences range from weeks to months until most ultimately failed or I quit due to other problems.

Are you currently a staff member on another server(s)?
Yes. Technically I am staff on 2 servers but 1 doesn't even have communication and we haven't spoken in weeks. The other is Elysium Network although that won't be out until late September so I'm not working at all.

What do you feel you can bring to the server?
I can bring more in depth detail to some confused players, I can bring more management, moderation and great ideas that can later improve the server for the better. I can bring fun and cleanness. I am also a great activity grower (for some reason :/) for example, a chat wasn't active for weeks then I joined and started chatting, after that the chat was sending messages like every second. I can also bring better understandings to configs and server plugin development.

Why have you decided to apply for UndeadPhoenix over other servers?
I want to make sure that servers are thriving and I'm seriously interested in yours particularly and I think that I can make your server great and thriving. I am a great person to get to know and I hope that I can bring that fun with me to your server.

Do you participate in any other activities that may interfere with your activity on the server (job, sports, school, etc.)?
As of my age, I am in school. Year 10 (grade 9) and I am a dancer but with no groups currently so maybe will update that in the future as that is my future job.
