There are thousands of faction servers out there. Most of them have similar ideas just twisted to either fit their server or to make it "their own". If you want something truely unique I doubt you'll be able to find it on a public form. Although the best of luck!

Sorry if what I said came out wrong. I was meaning to say that since there's a large number of faction servers out there having a unique one is extremely hard. Your best bet would be to find a idea that you like and twist it (a lot) so its unqiue. Very rarely are there ideas that are completely brand new to the minecraft scene. Everything has forked off of something else.

What about something like factions but with territory.
Maybe you create a "circle" of a special kind of block and if you can loop the loop with this special block then your faction owns that territory and other factions can't go inside your circle and you try to expand your territory until someone takes over the entire map. Sort of like agario meets gangsters.
