Unique Faction Map - Spawn & Warzone (Possibly Koth's)

Looking for someone to build or sell me a Faction Map. It must include a Spawn and a Warzone. I want these to be unique and when I pay for the service I want full rights to the builds which means I am able to sell them if I want to in the future. If you can provide me this service post down below what you have to offer. Please keep in mind,

- It must be exclusive
- I will own full rights to it meaning I can sell it if I wish in the future
- You won't have any rights to it so won't be able to sell or distribute it to anyone but me.
