Unique Minecraft Server Idea | Need Dev, Builders and Staff Maybe Co Owner

Won't release the idea as it's never done before and I'd like to keep it private until I get this worked out more. I am looking for people to help me make a dream i had last night into a server, super random but thought it was a great idea as it has NEVER been done before.
Looking for the following:

Co-Owner 0/1
(Must be able to invest)

Builders: 0/10

Dev: 4/4

Administrators: 0/10

Moderators: 0/5


Builders will get paid, devs will as well most likely. I have large funding, would love to find a co-owner for this so we can put our money into this together!
