Doesn't have to have a large player base, I'm looking for the established concept and buildings + plugins.

I'd be willing to consider selling a Private/whitelist Hermitcraft fan experience server - nearing 300 discord members, established very dedicated community, semi vanilla anti greif plugins, 30-40 players at peak (always 20+ active) - completely unsaturated as only donation ranks cost £3/month and it's already taking £150+ a month without being older than 3 weeks. Hello there, turtles!

I have a request for you. I offer a Minecraft Survival, KitPvP and Creative server (and prison is getting setup), the server funder is quitting (I am his manager), he told me to try to find a new server funder (it costs 22$ a month (18$-host and 5$-advertising)).
Every map on the server is unique with many premium plugins, it has a small playerbase (the ads still arent payed). So I am offering you to become the server owner, of course it wont be only for 22$ because it needs to include some money (not a lot) for all hard work put in the server.
