This is a recent build that I have been working on, whilst building I discovered that It would be perfect for a Server hub/Spawn! As this build was not initially built with the purpose of a Server hub, I am willing to be negotiable on the price and/or adjust the build to suit your needs (adding portals ect..). Only one copy of this hub will be sold, making it 100% exclusive. This build has not been sold before, and will not be sold again. The build will be transferred over Dropbox and the build will be in a .schematic form. Payment must be made through Paypal, no exceptions. (All prices are in USD)

You don't have the map without the building, like just the environmental features for sale as well do you?
If you'd be willing to sell this for cheaper so you can also sell this build thatd be awesome since Im really interested in the environment but not so much the building.
