Unique Plugin Ideas?

Short and sweet; Looking for a unique plugin idea (doesn't have to be unique, but make sure if you suggest something that is already done, tell me how it's different).

Size of the plugin doesn't matter, need to take a break from another resource I've been working on for a bit.

Skyblock plugin where it has a designated mining area where you can mine ores and only them. They regenerate after a bit but you can hire miners instead to mine for you and you can upgrade the mine's ores, frequency and timing and how quickly the miners can mine or buy them upgrades for their picks?

Ye I mean I like the bit about the mines, but they could use a prison mine plugin + the skyblock npc's to modify it. I'll think about it cool idea tho
