Either a full time developer. or just a guy who can make me some plugins, very unique and I presume even though I'm not a developer at all, but for what I'm going to be asking you to make, you will need to be advanced and experienced at creating plugins.
Feel free to PM me if you have yet to find someone, I'd like to now more info on what you would like.
