Never thought I'd see the day where UniverseMC was desperate enough to search the depths of MCM to find staff members. I wish you the best, but I don't recommend looking here if you're looking for quality staff members.

I have been staff on here for a few times and worked my way up to Sr Admin, the old staff team was amazing but under this management the staffteam started crumbeling and thats why they are looking for new staff on here.
They have hired people with spooky pasts and currently still have people under employment who have a spooky past and present. Staff members have been demoted for leaking personal info and got hired back. They have no issues with people who are into that kind of stuff on their staff team.
After exposing the server for player spoofing my friends and I got muted. They didn't stop spoofing and still are spoofing their playercount.
Previous admins weren't getting paid, after requesting payment they got worked off the team. management started making up reasons to get rid of them. Other admins started getting paid after this.
3-4 staff members resigned all at once, I dont have the details on that. but i doubt that thats without reason.
I personally wouldn't comeback to this staffteam if it still has the same manager.

Wouldn't recommend applying here.
I'm an ex Jr.Admin/Sr.Mod on this server and the management on this server is corrupt if you want a decent server to work on as staff, I would highly advise any other server than this one due to its current state. Ever since Joes left as a manager the server has gone downhill ever since then. I would highly suggest not applying here.

I really enjoy playing uni but some staff i have grown to notice do “abuse” for certain people for say there faction members it has gone down hill abit but i recon with the right staff team and with new people it could go back to what it used to be non abusive towards people and everyone is respected the same by staff and much appreciated nohub if i could get a reply on my staff app i made like 3 weeks ago
I have been apart of, and following the universemc community since early 2017. I have seen the high's and the low's of the server. Unfortunately the current standing of the server is the worse I have ever seen it. I wont go into specific detail, but I have been apart of uni for a long time and I have seen it as well as anon grow. Back in november (When I applied for staff) the server was in a pretty good spot, but of course still had much room for improvement. Over the following month I would go on to see the server grow into (What I would personally consider) the best state universe had ever been in. Joes was the manager, myself and a few other great people were admins, and the server was quickly growing and reaching record numbers without spoofing or using spam bots (Something anon had been known for doing in the past but I had accepted that he had grown out of). However sometime in february Joes resigned from his manager position and myself, nohub and yoursooonice were promoted to operator (Hub and nice being community managers and me being the staff manager). At this point a lot of things had changed but everything was still pretty stable. I was never an amazing manager (As I have never managed a server in the past nearly this size) but I knew what I was doing enough to keep things stable. Around 2 weeks before I was "removed" from the team I started neglecting my duties and this really boiled down to stuff in my personal life and had nothing to do with universe. It was at this time when I informed anon and nohub I would be leaving the team soon and later that day they decided to remove me from my manager duties and have nohub take over. Since my departure from the team I have seen things fall apart more and more. Starting with the admin team. Over the past few months every good admin that was on the staff team has since been demoted (For some quite ridiculous reasons imho) or resigned for one reason or another. Currently the admin team is...dt and doxide. Dt is fine and well doxide 
is doxide we know how that goes. Another major flaw I have seen is anons poor return to player spoofing his player base. (This was something he told me he was planning on doing before I left the team, but unfortunately I never got a screenshot of) Back during Joes and myself's management universe's player base was (As far as I know considering I never had console/file access as the manager) was legit besides the faction bots. However now its pretty clear to see more than 60% of their 1k daily players is spoofs (Even an absolute ape can tell this just by looking at the amount of people in each individual server). My whole point of making this thread is not to throw shit at nohub. Im still on good terms with nohub, but is to point out the current flaws with the way the server is being managed (On anon and nohubs end of things) as well as how the administration team is handling the rest of the server. I think if universe is to, or wants to restore its reputation and respect that it had months and months ago change will need to happen.

Not trying to come across as "immature" or "disrespectful" when I say this, however I do not seem to see how you can get away with calling me "doxide" when you yourself brought me onto the staff team during your stay as Operator. I tried so hard to keep you off the team. because doxing someone is unforgiveable. the fact that you are admin is a part of the problem. once a doxer always a doxer.
you tried to play it off as a mistake, but who on earth would ask about someone else his IP and share that same IP with other people....
ur a joke...
legit kept you off the team for months, regret that I didn't step up more when you got accepted back...

Agree 100% with Joes to help Nohub bring back the Operator system so it is not all relying on him. I would suggest that Nohub could find better admins that could fill the role at operator. If you do do this I think it will run a lot smoother and be a overall better server.
