I am personally fluent in Java, however certain projects result in me using C or Python to code bins.
Refund:
The first 24 hours you can request refund, however if you purchase source code then this is null.
What will i refuse to make:
Honestly, i make a lot of things for a lot of company's and teams, from ransomware and spyware to CMS.
(Whatever you do with the software is not my issue.)
Watermark:
NO! I do not leave watermarks in source, that is for credit whores.
Some other stuff:
If a project is big, big to the extent of the ETA being longer then 2 weeks, payment may be needed in full....
Networking:
I can use networking to create things like IRC's, ect.
