Unlisted/Private Threads.

This will be different from Thread Drafts as those are not even up for the public to look at all.
So this idea is similar to the youtube unlisted/private videos.
Only the people with the link to the thread can look at it.
And the url must not be numbers going up and up, since those will be easy to find.
Maybe these threads can be less moderated, with a popup saying whatever is in the thread.

Moderation is required, like it or not. All Global rules would still apply so it wouldn't make any difference.

Although the thread should be moderated, I like the idea of only players with the link can view. Similar to conversations, but open publicly through a link, unlike invites.
