Hello MC-Market Server Owners, Managers, and Administrators,

My name is Gavin, otherwise known as Unpack, I am going to start offering my staff services for Free. Unless it's a Management Position. I am currently 16 years of age, and I live in Australia. I have worked with many different servers and I have owned a few of my own. I am currently looking for a server to staff on with a playerbase of 30+ concurrent players online.

Experience
I have had plenty of experience in the past with Owning, Managing, and Moderating servers. I am able to work with any position that is given to me. These experiences have helped me to become what I am today, and they have given me heaps of knowledge.

To be honest, I don't think that any server wants a member of staff who; 1. Is not fully committed to the server, and 2. Prepared to take on other commitments (unless maybe that server is in development etc.)

Well, it just takes away the staff members freedom. If they want to staff/apply for staff on another server, I feel as if they're entitled to do so.
