[UNPAID] Requesting java developer

Hi, I'm looking for a java developer with decent knowledge for our network, we need a couple of simple plugins, unpaid at this moment.
We would like somebody that can work with us for a long term.

I'd recommend checking out some other Minecraft forums like SpigotMC or BukkitDev. They usually have developers who are willing to do free plugins.

He is searching for someone that will be a part of the team, he wont find anyone to do that for free... and if he does they will either abuse/grief or make plugins that make the server run at 2tps

Hey, I don't think you'll find "decent" developers working for free. The most you'll find is developers who are just starting out and want to learn. Anyway I wish you good luck finding someone.

Well, I don't know why y'all post replies here if you are not interested, but maybe it's just me.
I don't force anyone to do this, I just posted a topic searching for someone, if anyone is willing to help then okay else just go by.
I just needed some quite simple plugins, that I check before adding them to the server.
I've paid in the past pretty good money and some still did shit plugins.

Anyways, I found some guys, thanks anyways for your tips.
