I have a question, when I go to my seller dashboard, it says "unpaid" wtf does that mean lol. Cuz i checked my pp and i do have $2.50 on hold

i would guess that either your paypal has an issue or they issued a chargeback. check your resolutions center

As far as im aware its when a user goes to buy your thing, loads paypal but then decides to not want it any more so dosn't actually decide to pay.

They can always come back and buy it again whenever tho[DOUBLEPOST=1591864282][/DOUBLEPOST]Just think of it as a near sale

But for me, on my paypal it says the money is on hold, and i checked id's and they are the same, same thing happened to another buyer and he confirmed his payment so i got the money, but he still didnt get access so i manually made him a license[DOUBLEPOST=1591866510][/DOUBLEPOST]

probs, whenever its 'unpaid' the money is on hold[DOUBLEPOST=1591866585][/DOUBLEPOST]but i cba to dm every buyer telling them that to get their resource they'll need to confirm their payment, idk why this is still happening, i've only gotten 2 cb's, both of which I have won.

This only happens to me when I make a new PayPal, but this is a 8 month old PayPal and has received over $5k in total by now, with only 2 chargebacks, both I won, and the cb's were only like $5 each

^ This should be the only circumstance when the "Unpaid" status shows. If the payment was put on hold, it should have an orangy-yellow "Pending" status on the purchase entry.

RageX What do you mean by 'they'll need to confirm their payment'? Once the payment is sent, the purchaser shouldn't need to confirm anything. It may be put on hold by PayPal for 24 hours, but you'd just need to wait that out.

If the currency set on your resource is different to that of your default PayPal currency, you as the seller will need to go into PayPal and accept currency conversion fees, for which a license won't be automatically generated for the purchase (so that's when you will need to go into the seller dashboard and manually issue a license).

For me, the money goes on hold, and shows pending, then the buyer goes to their receipt, and theirs a button which says "Confirm you've recieved this order" and once they click that, I get the money[DOUBLEPOST=1591891815][/DOUBLEPOST]
