We were discussing the matter of an unranked user looking to capitalize or lowercase their name, for example, jdsgames -> Jdsgames.
Generally, name changes require the rank of Premium or higher.
However, I believe in this case that the name is not changing, and the charge would be unnecessary.
For starters, many websites auto-capitalize the first initial of a username for display purposes.
Which means that the capitalization of the initial doesn't change the name, and is instead a formality.
Secondly, many applications respond to @jdsgames and @Jdsgames the same way and ignore the capitalization, similar to the display purposes previously stated.
For these reasons, I believe this would be a reasonable change and would like to see your opinions about it.
