Unread Shoutbox Mentions sent to PMs

I am the kind of guy who change tabs from time to time or I'm busy at some point and it's annoying for me to not reading my mentions on SB.

So this is how it will work. If the user is inactive on shoutbox or have yellow circle on the user list and someone mentioned them. The message will be sent to his/her PMs inbox. Ofc this will not work if the user responded

Wouldn't you be spammed if you were gone over the night and people tagged you a lot? I think instead, it should just send an alert saying "Bla bla bla tagged you: (message)".

Might be able to add it as a setting so you could be able to turn it on or off when you're gone for a long time and don't want people spamming you.

It's very rare for something to be said in shout box that's important enough to be sent to you and if it is it should have been sent as a PM anyways.

There is a setting in the addon that's built in that allows for you to receive an alert every time you're mentioned or something like that. We had it enabled for a few hours when I first installed the addon and it annoyed everyone so we turned it off.

If someone mentioned you in the shoutbox and you weren't there to see it then you probably weren't really needed in the conversation, if someone needs you they can create a PM.

Can you make it so that we can choose to turn it on or off ourselves?

it's not built into the addon and we're currently pretty busy with development right now, not worth adding in really.

Put it pending so when you have time to do it, you can do it.

Even still I don't see this suggestion being needed. If someone wants to contact you and you're not online they can PM you themselves. It's just simply not a necessary addition to the site.
