Unsure if bug, or haven't met requirements.

I just tried to post feedback on a suggestion and it told me I didn't have permission to view the current page or perform the action, I retyped the link into a new tab and it worked fine so I was able to view the page, so I tried to post again, I was still unable to post. Are there hidden requirements to be able to comment on suggestions?

Figured out the issue, the thread was removed by someone but still showed up after one refresh.
