This is the thing. The minecrafy server and service community is and has been saturated since 2017/early 2018. Only plugins are in demand.

Plugins for servers that are meeting a demand surplus owned by people with seemingly no financial/economical evaluation.

There is no demand. People try and make pay to win factions servers so they can make some money then completely abandon their players.
