"Up Thread" button doesn't work properly

Particularly, when there is no remaining time before you are able to up your thread, does the button up the thread as expected?
It seems nobody else was able to re-produce this.

I can try and get a gif when I’m at home, but I clicked the button and it asked me to type a message.

Yes, I’m fully aware of that, thank you very much. I’m not asking for this to be fixed for practical users, but it may confuse new members as the other ‘Up Thread’ button is more discrete. Got that? Great.

cmd I've tested it, and the button ups the thread without a post error message.
Clicking it during the cooldown also does not produce an error message.

At this point, I'm thinking you simply mis-clicked and hit "Post Reply" instead.

I definitely didn't mis-click as this has occurred several times, although it does appear to work now.
