Up Thread button for Suggestions.

I think there should be one, as some suggestions (like mine ) don't get noticed.
So a Up Thread button would help it with getting some opinions and feedback on each suggestion.

Yes, that was probably a unjust warning.
As there is no "up-thread" button, so there should be one
