Up Thread for Semi OG's

So, for some reason, I can't upthreads in the semi OG section. You should add this because "bumping" would be pretty annoying, and it was in the "OG Account's" section but not in the semi og :l

Nah, I don't think account threads should be able to be bumped at all because they all are on the same playing field fighting for attention unlike other threads which include service threads and off topic jabber which tend to die out.

So even if the name is complete ass we can't bump it
