Up thread in suggestions

Hey, so my friend Dad made a suggestion and he said bump in a thread, and I was wondering why? Well turns out the Up Thread button is not in the suggestions forums, and we thought it might be useful to add it so suggestions don't get thrown down to the bottom.

Yea I realized this ages ago when I was suggesting something worth being upped. I definitely think this should be added.

I like that suggestions can't be bumped constantly, it allows them to naturally stay alive or sink to the bottom based on how much users actually want them to be implemented.
