Hello amazing people!

I am making this post Requesting someone to help me with my very new server and if possible to teach / show me how a few things are done. I am offering up to $100 however the work needs to ALL be done by Wednesday 22nd 2017 latest, I know its a short dead-line but that's why I'm offering so much money. Me and a few friends decided to open up a server with close to no knowledge on how to run it. I know you might be thinking why did we open up a server if we don't know how to run it, well we have the funds to run it and the ideas also we come up with some pretty boss ideas that no other servers have seen / used.

What you need to have / know to apply:

-Experience on how to run a server this is the main thing, I will take Owners, Admins and Devs but nothing else like helpers / mods.

-You will need to work fast and for long periods of time to meet the dead-line

-You will also need to be prepared to go back and make small changes as we want things done / to look a specific way.

-You will need to join calls / rooms in ts or skype very regularly and actually talk to us, communication will be key in this task.

-You will need to be organised, no one likes messy workers.

-You will need to show me proof that you are capable of working on my server and that you can do what is asked from you.

- You will need to work outside of the server sometimes for example, TS3, skype, forums, store, console.

-You will not be paid all at once no matter the +rep you have as in a few deals I have done I find that most people who get paid all upfront tend to work / care less about doing the work as they have already been paid and got what they have wanted.

Tasks that need to be done:

- Fixing the incomplete / undone work from the last Dev.

- Doing a few easy things like setting up shop signs.

- Setting up spawn, this includes pasting it in from another world and setting up commands
in spawn.

- Setting up a few plugins that we have already paid for and just tweaking them slightly.

- Setting up GUIs

- Fixing some perms for staff / player ranks

- Changing our server IP.

This is all that I know of from the top of my head but once I have chosen the right person for the job I will tell you in detail what needs to be done.

All this work is for our factions server and once that is all done if you do an amazing job we may request you to help us in skyblock also or we may even offer you a well paid spot on our team.

I would like to be staff/part time staff on your server , i do not want the money first (or maybe a small portion but im not that trusted so you go last) , Im very responsible and i will take time of school to fix problems and will be very organised , but i have one question to ask before/if i become a staff.

Changing our server IP , Are you using a host or vps/dedi server?
ALL be done by Wednesday 22nd 2017 , February???

Also i can configure plugins and have owned multiple servers and im willing to go for even cheaper if you would like to so you could keep a bigger budget , if i also don't understand something i can ask some of my friends (REALLY GOOD DEVS) and i will the problem right away if i see/get reported one.
It would be my pleasure to work with you because it will make me feel like having a server again!!!!!
I will be able to complete everything within the time period you asked for but it might be buggy but ill fix the bugs right away.


Im only asking for 50$ I don't need more i wan't to make good servers and it will good to start with someone

He doesn't want your friends, he wants the person applying to be good. Just come to think of it, "Oh, I'm stuck, I'll go ask my friend!" *Messages friend* friend will take 12 hours to reply, Now, your deadline is even longer because you have to wait for that one specific friend. This is just me saying learn it yourself otherwise you will slack behind

i mean about dedis , im good with development but im not good with dedi servers

I'm sorry but you can't assume I know how many friends you have, but going back to your original post, you said you'll take time off school to fix problems, where are your priorities? School or Minecraft? Multitasking an issue? Unorganized? I'm just saying what it looks like reading from another person's view.

Ive got a lot of breaks at school , thats why , do you think i would get an F for less then 50$ huh?
